Nursing

The registered nurse initiates and provides the plan of treatment, including preventive and rehabilitative procedures. The nurse will perform duties requiring specialized skills, regularly evaluate the patient and inform the patient’s primary care physician and other personnel of new developments. The nurse educates the patient and family. They also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, which are offered to perform basic nursing tasks.
